Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to your account.
5. Shipping and Restocking Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Available for all orders and destinations within the continental U.S.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply based on item size and destination.

Overnight Shipping: Guaranteed next-business-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM (EST). Available for select items; charges vary by location and product weight.
Please note: Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery destination.
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If an item is out of stock or if there are delays in processing, our team will notify you promptly with an updated shipping timeframe.
